Refund policy

At Wild Ember Collective, each item is handcrafted or made to order with care. Because of the custom nature of many of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on personalized, custom-made, or made-to-order items.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work quickly to make it right through a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
