Processing Time
- Most orders are processed within 3-5 business days.
- T-shirts are processed within 10-14 business days.
- Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items may require additional production time.
- During holidays, sales, or new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
- Once your order has shipped, delivery times are determined by the carrier and are outside of our control.
- Tracking information will be provided via email when available.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Wild Ember Collective is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged after they have been accepted by the shipping carrier. If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges to be resent.
Local Pickup
If local pickup is available, instructions will be provided at checkout or after your order is placed.
